IPhone 5 or Android (LG Optimus G Pro)?

I'm considering getting a new phone and am stuck between an iPhone 5 or
the LG Optimus G Pro. Personally, I feel like iPhones are good phones but
aren't really customizable which is something I prefer about Androids.

Which one do you think is better?

If you are one to tinker with phones (or electronics in general) then android is the only way to go. The only thing you will be missin out on are the apps, and IMO, android apps aren't as bad as everyone makes them out to be. I'm actually quite pleased with every single app i have on my phone. But i take the time to look for nicely designed and coded apps.

the OG pro is a beast too. Loved that phone when i played with it.

iPhone: Changing Ringtones, Transferring Files from/to other Mobiles, Adding Media files, is quite tough. You have to use either apps or iTunes to get it done.

LG Optimus Pro: Android phones are easily customization, New LG Optimus G Pro has nice features.

It really depends on what you prefer.heres the pros and cons of both.
iphone pros: really reliable, extremely stable os, alot more apps, nice build quality, custom made parts, nice support system and quality control.cons: not very customizable, although that might change in ios 7 (not very likely though), no nfc, new dock isn't backwards compatible, price is alittle higher than other smartphones w/o contract, less features. I don't know oh so much about android since i don't use it, but both my bros have gs3s and my only impressions on it is that it skips frames when you swipe or scroll.overall, pick what you want.both phones are vastly different and you should pick to your liking other than os (e.g.size of screen, heftiness, etc). Also i must tell you this since it fools alot of people into a trap, but specs really don't mean squat. For example, megapixels don't matter because eah megapixel is 1000 x 1000 and anything higher than 5 would be pointless unless you want to print posters or enlarge it.cpu clocking of ghz also doesn't mean squat too, because all its telling you is how much power consumption (aka cycles) it runs. Its really all about efficiency and integration.i've given you my opinion, but seriously, go to a sony store and a apple store, open some apps, figure out what's not worth it on either phones and then decide on what youll be using for the next 2+ years.gl!

Dear, iPhones are good because of their brand. But as I think because of brand the quantity it is providing is less than its cost. And, in LG Optimus G pro 5.5 inch display, Full HD display, Quad-core 1.7 GHz Krait processor is present. Apart from this front camera of 2.1 MP and back camera of 13 MP is present with flash. Currently, this mobile is available with android 4.1 (jelly beans) which will provide a wide range of free and paid application's through Play Store. And, at last the cost of this mobile as on 30th July is INR 37750, which is quite more than that of iPhone 5, i.e. INR 35, 750.So I will suggest you LG Optimus G Pro.
