Well, it depends on the qualities your looking for. If you want advanced, complicated, get the galaxy. Simple but still cool, iPhone 5.

Well if you have a lot of stuff on itunes already go with the iphone 5. If not go with the galaxy. You can do a whole lot more on it. It uses widgets instead of apps so you can customize it more. There are also a lot of apps free for it because android pays for it. But the iphone does not seem to lag in games like the galaxy does. But galaxy should be your pick.
