IPhone 5, phone won't charge?

My phone is the iPhone 5 and the battery is running out so quickly now and I've had It plugged in for about 2 hrs. I plugged it in when it was at 29% and now it's actually at 28% will Apple give me a new phone, or what is my phone doing

Have you made sure your charger isn't faulty?
If you have then you need to go to apple to get it replaced or fixed. My friend had that with her phone, it wasn't an iphone and the repairs man told her that its gonna cost loads and she might be better of getting a new phone, so i advise you to ask apple.

My IPad is like that sometimes you need to do a soft reset hold the back button and the circle one in the front for about 15 sec if Nothing happens let it stay on the charger for a few hours if it does not turn on you need another charger That's got Stronger voltage and power charge if all else fails have apple assist you this works for iPhone 5 to it's both apple devices
