IPhone 5 screen blacked out?

So I was on my phone about two days ago when my iPhone 5 just blacked out. The only thing you could hear was Siri when you held the home button down. The problem is my power button stopped working a long time ago so resetting my phone won't help. And I don't have access to a computer either. How can I fix this issue?

Hi! So what you can do is either power your phone all the way off and then turn it back on, another thing to do is power your phone all the way off and then stick the charger into it and then it'll turn back on. I know your phone won't re-start, but still try that. And if THAT DOESN't WORK… Then you can go to the bottom of your screen and use your ring finger (that's the one I use) and simply flick your finger up and you'll see a little panel with the camera option, calculater option, airplay option, music and many things. There will be one slide bar at the top and slide that all the way to the right.

Next, you can also stick your phone in a bag with dried rice that hasn't been cooked for 48 hours, or you can also just charge it.

Or, you can go to the Genius Bar or call your service provider and they'll be happy to help you.

I'm sorry but your phone sounds pretty screwed.it's definitely in a sure need of a repair.

You're gonna have to most likely replace the screen and might as well get that lock button fixed too.
