Iphone 5 screen glitch striped colors unable to use phone?
My Iphone has not been exposed to water as far as I know but I have dropped it a few times, my phone never cracked though. I've noticed prior a few months before this that my phone would glitch and vibrate? Shake a little but i didn't pay it much mind. I dropped it today again in class today and my screen went beserk. It has these purple lines and half of my screen is covered in them so i can't use my phone please help how do i fix this

I checked the settings to see if the phone had changed itself, but the inversion color setting is off.
