IPhone 5 vs Droid DNA vs Droid Incredible 4G?

What is better, the iphone 5, or the droid dna? In terms of battery life, internet speed, easy to use, stuff like that. I currently have the Droid incredible 2 and will be upgrading soon.
Switching from droid incredible to iphone 4s? I bought alot of apps from the marketplace on android would I be able to get them on the iphone and another question, would the sd card that was in my android fit in the iphone? I'm sorry, "Play Store" is what its called.
Switch contacts from droid to iPhone? I'm getting an iPhone later this week and I just want to make sure I'm able to switch my contacts. I read that you have to save them to your google account but I don't know how to do that (I've been saving them to backup assistant). Can anybody help?
Should i trade my white Droid Razr for a white Iphone 4 8GB? Both in good shape. Never had the iphone and really wanted the 4s but this is my best offer. Said i could jailbreak it to make as good as 4s for the most part?
