Iphone 5 vs HTC One vs SGS4?

Right now I have an IPod Touch 4g and I'm about to get a phone. I've never had an android but it looks really interesting. Also, all my friends have iphone. One reason that I want to switch to android is because apple hardware is really falling behind at apple and software is getting boring. Please give me actual reasons for which one you think is better.

You can get Apple I-Phone 5.It is latest phone with excellent features.
