Iphone 5c, note 3, or nexus 5?

I'm using android for 3 yrs.
and currently using htc one.
I really want to try new os because I'm feeling kinda bore but want to spend money which phone deserves it. It should be worth it.
so suggest me from one of these.
please don't suggest any other phones other than these 3.

Nexus 5, updates will roll out to this phone before any other phone, so you will enjoy your phone even after 5 years. I know you don't want to hear this but if you want a different OS switch to windows phone. I'm using the Lumia 920 for a year now and i still think i haven't explored it fully yet. Windows phone is becoming much better but no one knows but the windows phone users themselves. Lumia 1020 is my second option

I've had a 5c for about 3 1/2 months and I've had no problems at all with it. The only bad thing is that the back is plastic instead of metal like the other iPhones so it will break a lot easier. I suggest getting a protective case if you decide to get it.

I would like to suggest Google LG Nexus 5. The device comes with best in the industry specs in the fields of display, OS, camera and processor, while the remaining specs are also great.

Go for Google Nexus 5

All three are great phone but the Note 3 and Nexus 5 can be cuztomized like other Android phones allowing you to change the look of the OS. They can also be rooted and run different roms. The Note 3 has better spec but is expensive and the updates take longer. While the Nexus 5 is one of the best phones for its price specs wise but doesn't shatter any records in bench marks. In the end it is up to you but I would say the best option for you may be the Nexus 5 as it gets updated for a year and a half before Google stops, meaning will be one of the first to get a new Android updates.
