My IPhone 5s went to the apple screen logo unexpectedly and I can't get it back to the usual screen?
I tried twice to reset it by holding down the home button and the power button at the same time but each time it went back to the logo screen. What can I do?
Plug it into your PC that you did a backup on, start iTunes and see if you can restore it. If that isn't possible take it to an apple repairer

The battery is fine but the screen response time is so bad and it lags which it didn't do before. Also they screwed in the screen bad. I can see into the phone bad. Will they fix it for free?

- My iphone screen went black and now it won't turn back on ALSO! It still vibrates when someone texts me and siri also turns on when i hold down the home button but i plugged it into my mac and tried to hold down the lock and home for 10 seconds to reset it but then it says i need to back up my phone, which i can't because my phone is locked and i don't know how to unlock it on the computer.
