IPhone 5S Covered in Apple Warranty?
I have an iPhone 5s and overtime I have used it without a case, the sides and particularly the top of the housing has been roughly kept with dents and a number of scratches. The back of the phone has a thin scratch which isn't noticible, but the main problem is the switch and sleep wake button keep sticking forcing me to use the accessibility settings to operate them. This is very annoying, would apple replace this as I'm still in my one year warranty and haven't actually used it once yet. I'm asking here first as the nearest apple store is around two hours away! This is all mainly due to the kids using my phone and a very busy work! Much Appreciated (images attached) - Josh

- Will apple still cover me with their 1 year apple warranty? My uncle gave me his iPhone 4S as a gift, it has warranty until November 2013 and for some reason the phone turns off by itself about every 3 hours! The phone does not have any water damage as the water indicators are white, will apple still cover me on fixing it or giving me another one since I'm not the original owner but the phone is still under their warranty!

(the material is actually polycarbonate and not real tin foil).
- Is sticky lock on iPhone4s covered under warranty? I purchased my iPhone 4s from NTelos in October of last year (about 10 months ago). The phone has no other damage or issues other than a sticky lock button. Is a replacement or repair covered by the iPhone's 1 year warranty? If not, would my phone provider (NTelos) be able to repair or help me find someone who can?
