Iphone 5s dead after screen replacement?

I was replacing a screen that was busted on an Iphone 5s and the first screen I got was faulty and had lines and flickering over the whole screen. Put the original back on and it was fine but still cracked. Ordered two more screens and the first one had the same flickering and lines as the first. All of the pins on the phone itself are still intact and none are bent. I tried the third screen and the phone wouldn't turn on at all. I assumed it was also just a bad screen but when putting the original screen back on now it won't come on either. Tried disconnecting the battery and power cycling it but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

Added (1). I re connected the original screen and power cycled again and now the screen comes on but the screen seems kind of washed out and no area of the phone responds to touch.

There seems to be a fault.

  • Verizon iPhone 4 stuck on shutter after screen replacement? Only rear camera works? After replacing a cracked screen on a verizon iphone 4 the frontfacing camera is stuck on shutter, while the rear camera only works sometimes… I have tried checking the connections, as well resetting everything and even restoring. I have heard about possibly jumping something on the logic board but can't find where, a picture would be great.
  • Replacement Pending iPhone. Replacement phone or fix? My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
  • My iPhone tweaks all the time after replacement of screen So about 2 months ago I got my screen replaced at a swap mart for 50 bucks. 2 hours after I took my phone home the screen always did things by itself. For example it types by itself or if I'm playing a game like subway surfers then it does it's own moves and I end up crashing what do I do. Sometimes it clicks things by itself or doesn't allow me to click things like the zoom in button on YouTube and stuff like that
  • Loose home button after screen replacement? I recently replaced my iphone 6 screen after it was shattered. A few days ago, i feel the home button is loose. If you tap the button with the edge of your nail it rocks back and forth like a see-saw. I went back to the apple store and the worker said that it was normal after a screen replacement since the old (original screen) was attached to this button. I was slightly reliefed but i'm still annoyed. The touch ID and button overall still work. What can i do? Is this really normal?
