IPhone 5s help! Not working?

I just got and Iphone 5s today and when i got it, it wouldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. I put in the correct password but it says "unable to join the network". I know the password is correct but it does not work. Also i can't connect to iTunes or the internet or any other thing. I tried everything i know. I turned it off and then on. I reset the phone even though it is new. I don't know what to do!

I have the problem with my iPhone where I can't connect to iTunes on a computer either. But for your problems I would suggest going to an apple store or the store were you bought your phone at so they can fix the problem bc u souls be able to connect to your Wi-Fi.

Is it a problem with your router?

Take it to the Store and sort it out.

  • Iphone Do Not Disturb Not working? I downloaded the new IOS for my Iphone 4s and set the Do Not Disturb function up to come on at 9 pm and go off at 7:30 am. I see the moon symbol on the screen so it shows the DND is on, and I have set 3 numbers as favorites, but the favorites are still not ringing through. I missed a call the other night from a favorite, didn't ring, didn't light up the screen, nothing. Am I missing something?

  • IPhone 4s help.volume buttons not working? I'm GONNA CRY. literally out of nowhere, the volume buttons on the side arent working. They work when i put headphones in, and they work for alarms.
