IPhone 5s, iPhone 5, or HTC One?

I need a new phone, and I'm torn between these options. My iPhone 4 has given me a lot of trouble. The REPLACEMENT I had to get for my original one does not function properly as a phone anymore, and mu upgrade is up. I hear that the iPhone 5 is built a lot better and my friends that have them don't have any issues. I'm able to get the iPhone 5 at walamrt for $100, (I guess because they're coming out with the 5s!) I'm not sure if I should just get the 5 or wait for the 5s if it's worth it. The HTC One has also Really been tempting me, it looks amazing. The only thing I'm afraid of with that is the camera quality. It's 4 MP, ultrapixel. People say it's actually pretty decent but I'm afraid it's not. What do you think I should do? I know it's only a phone but I want one that will last.

All of them except the 5c are good phones, and the reason why that is, is cause the 5c is a budget iphone. The iphone 5s looks splendid and the HTC One has already won people over. I say go for the HTC One if you want a good phone or go for the 5s if you want a new phone (the iphone 5s has a fingerprint scanner. - The thing about the HTC One camera is that although it is 4mp, the quality of that 4mp is better than the quality of some 8mp cameras, so don't let the camera put you off.

IPhone 5s! It has a slow motion camera which i find very useful plus its finger print sensor makes it security the best! It also has a really fast proccessor( 64 bits )
The 5c is $100 cheaper than the 5s

Iphone has the best security, imessage, siri, best apps, facetime, fingerprint access and free itunes radio (both new on 5S), and is the nicest design. They also have the Apple stores everywhere to get professional help if you need it.

Well with the 5s around the corner I'd get that.

The 5 is no longer made as of yesterday, replaced by the 5c which is pretty much the same thing, just with a plastic back.

The HTC One is a good made phone yes but with what most are describing as a failed experiment of a camera & of course the usual Android fragmentation.
