IPhone 5s Nano sim activation?
My dad got a iPhone 5s on a contract upgrade a few weeks ago… (VODAFONE)
He is giving it to me for Christmas as he is using another phone with his sim in it.
I bought a vodafone nano sim from argos today and I was wondering how do I activate the sim card on Christmas morning?
Do i just pop it into the phone and should it work or do I have to do any additional steps?
Don't really know if this will help or not, but when I got my iPhone 5s I cross upgraded, meaning a I took an upgrade that was from my brothers phone and used it and got the phone for myself. I had had a iPhone 4S, so the Sim card was not a nano Sim card. I just went over to my phone carrier, AT&T and told them I had cross upgraded and needed a new Sim card. They asked for my phone number, within minutes they give me a nano Sim card registered to my #, and set up my 5s normally.
