You mean small iPhone vs large androids which is best? Myself I prefer the androids, the Oneplus 2 is great value if you can get hold of an invite or are lucky enough to purchase somewhere else. The note 3 is a little old now, so is the iPhone 5S.
I would go for the Oneplus 2
