Iphone 5s won't pass apple logo and won't restart?

I hold the power button and then my phone will turn on and go to the apple logo, then turns off. Even charging it will turn it on to the apple logo then turn off. I've tried restarting it (pressing the power button and home button at the same time) and it'll turn on, but turn off again.

Try hooking phone up to pc and restoring it with itunes

If your computer have a 3.0 USB port, you can plug your iphone into the 3.0 USB port of your computer, then do what Coffee tells you to do.
if it still doesn't work, you may need to take it to the apple store.
