Iphone 6 black screen, home button doesn't work and it won't charge or connect to itunes?
Nothing happened to the phone beforehand, I plugged it in to charge and a few minutes later I go to check on my phone and the screen is black and the sleep/wake up button won't turn it on. I try to hold the sleep/wake up button to see if its dead but the red battery doesn't show up. So its not dead but the screen is just black. ON top of that the home button hasn't been working. Any solutions to help me fix it?
Did the home button work before this happened? If so then the button probably still works but your phone is unresponsive. As the home button technically works (assuming it worked before) then hold down the home and power button until your phone reboots, this is called a hard reboot.
If your home button didn't work before then you can wait until your phone's battery does die and then you can charge it again. Other than that you would need to get the home button fixed and then try the first method
