IPhone 6 not giving the option to trust my computer?

I need help, I spent an hour adding songs to my iTunes on my computer, and for some reason my iPhone is not showing up on my iTunes or computer. My computer sees that my iPhone is plugged in but it is not giving me the option to transfer the music to my phone whichever way I try. I have Windows 10 and I never had this problem until now. I got a new charger yesterday and tried my old chargers but IIm not sure what's going on. I restarted both my iPhone and computer, I tried to go into the Device Setting and Device Manager and nothing is working. IIm really frustrated. The only alert my phone is giving me when I plug it into the computer is Do I want to allow my computer to access pictures and videos. IIm really not sure why it's not giving me the option to trust my computer. Any help would be appreciated.

Added (1). I just tried on my desktop computer and I'm still not getting the option to trust the computer like on my laptop. Every thing I try it tells me the device is not found. I've used my past chargers and that still didn't work. The chargers work fine, I keep restarting, uninstalling, and reinstalling everything to make sure every thing is working but still no luck. I'm not sure if it's my phone at this point. I tried to call Apple Support but there's an extended wait time.
