IPhone 6 with iOS 9.3.1 won't connect to Wi-Fi unless right beside router?
I've had my iPhone 6 for over a year now, and haven't had the problem until about 2 months ago. It has absolutely nothing to do with my internet itself, because we have other devices, including other Apple devices, that work perfectly well. This doesn't only happen at my house, it happens everywhere. The Wi-Fi works perfectly as long as I'm standing right next to the router, but if I walk away, the connection goes away. It's almost like my phone can't pick up the connection when it's slightly weakened. I've reset the network settings, but it didn't work. I'm trying my best to avoid a full reset, so is there anything I can do before I try that? I'm getting super frustrated and I've almost completely used all of my cellular data.
Go to settings>general>reset>reset network settings and see if that works. It won't reset your phone it just resets the wireless antennas and clears the caches. You'll need to re-enter your Wi-Fi password after the phone restarts.

- What brands and models of cellphones have metallic casing (beside iphone)? Lot of cellphones are made from plastics like samsung, nokia and others. I know the iphone has metallic lining at its side and its side buttons are also metal which i find really nice and impressive. But i don't like iphone or specifically the ios. I prefer android or WP8. can you name some high end models with these os with a metallic casing or at least lining but specifically metal buttons.

It is an iphone 4 on straight talk. And the internet connection without Wi-Fi is super slow. It wasn't always like this, just recently. Any help?
