IPhone 6plus under contract?
I went on Craigslist to buy a new phone. I came across a guy who was selling an iPhone 6plus gold. Brand new. Never used. When I went to meet him he told me he was going through a nasty divorce and wanted to get rid of alot of suff as soon as possible for expenses. So he was selling the iPhone for $400. I bought it with trust and excitement. Well when I went to switch my phone service to the iPhone I was told that the phone was still under contract. And they couldn't unblock it. I've tried contacting the guy for three weeks. But sadly no luck. Is there anything I can do? I'm really sad and I feel very disappointed.
Its probably stolen, but he gave you a great story to scam you. He probably could have got $450 or $500 out of you. You can check online to see if a phone is still under contract or not, but you failed to do so. Consider it a lesson learned and move on.
