I just got an iPhone 7 and I forgot the passcode so now I can't finish setting up? It can't connect to iTunes and it's not on my iCloud?
I feel so dumb for forgetting it, I'm always bad with remembering numbers. Even though I just put it in, I can't remember it. I really don't want to call Apple Support if I don't have to. How could I factory reset it or something? I just got the phone and didn't even finish setting it up yet so there's no data that I'm concerned about. It can't connect to my iTunes or anything like that.
Reset it under settings
Call Apple, that is your only hope. Next time write it down 5 times, before you enter it into the phone and five more times before you confirm it. Then SAVE what you wrote down in a safe place like your sock drawer.
At this point you can't factory reset it - this is to prevent theft. All you can do is call tech support and HOPE that they can help. If the phone isn't yours then you've just wasted the cash you used to buy it with!

When i first got my iphone i set the passcode as 000000 but I somehow typed too fast and hit something else and i did it TWICE. I didn't even get a chance to log in my apple id account. - IPhone 4s- forgot the password now it says connect to itunes? This is my brother's old phone so it has his iTunes account on the phone and he's away for months and we can't contact him. My mum refuses to pay for it to be restored. I have tried connecting it to iTunes anyway and then it says it can't complete or something. I really need help x
- Icloud promblem can't find iCloud Control Panel in setting should I do? I have asked this all ready but got only one answer but did not help me at all. I got an iphone 4 for my b day. Should I unstall it and just restall the Program I'm just confused. Ps its on the computer I'm talking about.
