The XR will last you a bit longer if you can handle the smaller storage, and it's the newest/most powerful of all three of those phones.
That said, a brand new 128GB XR is 799 unlocked, so you could take that cash and go buy a brand new phone instead of a refurbished one.
- Should I get an iPhone X 256gb or iPhone Xs 64gb? They are basically the same price, is it worth buying the newer iPhone Xs but lose storage or iPhone X with more storage.
