IPhone and Ipod touch 4 Wi-Fi problems? - 1
Well I recently brought an IPhone 5, and Wi-Fi isn't working on it or the IPod touch 4 which I brought like an year ago (version 5.1.1) I don't get why Wi-Fi isn't working cause it's connected (I see the bars) but when I try to do something like download app's or anything with internet it does not work. Says I have connection problems, isn't connected. How can I fix this? My Wi-Fi works fine on laptops and so on.
A way around it is to do a complete restore on the itouch but don't install any back ups otherwise you seem to put back on whatever is causing the problem.
You can try going into Settings-->General--->Reset--->Reset Network Settings Then touch the red button and you are back to the factory setting. It works now with my home router just like it always did. I hope it works as well for you. Give it a try. Otherwise, you have to go into the router and play with the settings, don't want to do that unless there's No Other Way. If it ain't broke…
- What is the difference between ipod touch 4g cases and iphone 4g cases? I'm looking at ipod 4g cases online for christmas, and there's this one case design that i really like, but it is only for iphone 4g. Does it matter if i use it for my ipod touch? Or is the touch thinner than the phone, or something. The design is actually Underworld. (movie.underworld awakening case is fine too) if you could find a store that has an Underworld design for ipod t. 4g, that would be even better!
