IPhone app updates not installing?

Since I've downloaded ios6 onto my 4s, whenever I update any apps it's not doing it and 'waiting' this means that I can't use them, or delete them. Is there anyway of deleting them so I can reinstall them?

Well, if you can't delete it the usual ways…
1. Go to Settings > General > Usage > Select app > Delete App.
2. Hold down on the app that you wish to delete; an "X" symbol will appear beside it; click on "X" to get rid of it for good.

… Then I suggest you go to the nearest Apple Centre or ask for advice from an Apple technician.
