Obviously if its password protected you can't use it.
Every Wi-Fi network can have a different password. The only way an app would "know" it is if it hacked it, which is illegal, so Apple doesn't allow apps like that in the app store.
Therefore the best you can do is what the iPhone already does - if you don't need a password, or you already know the password, you can join the network. But if there's a password and you don't know it, you are out of luck.
- Should I learn to make Android apps or Iphone apps? At first I wanted to learn to make Iphone apps, but I will have to go and buy me a mac, So I figured should I make Android apps since I already have a windows computer? And I'm learning java I know I could learn it on mac but I know my way around windows better. - IPhone 4S deleted all apps even apple apps? Last night my phone was freezing up so I turned it off and back on and when it restarted I had no messaging, phone, settings, iTunes, App Store, etc and I've turned it on and off and reset it several times. When I get a text I can see that I got it but when I click on it nothing happens I can't view the message.
- Iphone 3gs apps can't download apps? I've been trying to download apps like tumblr and bbm on my iphone 3gs but it keeps saying that this app is incompatible with this iphone do you know anything i could to download it/ please help
