IPhone apps from safari no jailbreak?
Are there apps that can be downloaded from safari? Unfortunately the iphone I have had no AppStore and I'm too lazy to get it fixed

- My Iphone was hacked, and I no longer had access to safari. I then proceeded to reset my Iphone with an old update from a few months Keep in mind I have two icloud accounts. After doing so I then reset my phone with the second icloud account( as that was the only option). Having done so, does that mean everything that was on my phone has been deleted before I reset it, or do the hacker/s still have access to important information of mine?
