IPhone apps to edit images that minimally reduce image quality?
If I transfer photos from my Olympus em10 camera to my iPhone and edit them, they generally lose quality (understandably). I was just wondering whether anyone knew of any apps which I could use to reduce this?
Phones and tablets (iOS and Android devices) are not suitable for editing full resolution images. They don't have enough processing power, don't have enough memory, and images are rescaled for use on mobile internet connections so that they upload and download faster. You are using the wrong tool for the job.
You need to use a computer with proper image editing software, like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom (not free) or the free open source image editor GIMP http://www.gimp.org/...w.gimp.org - all three work on Windows and Mac, and additionally GIMP also works on Linux.
Use the computer instead.
- Why does my iPhone receive good quality videos as bad quality videos? So I recently met a famous guy in concert and when I got a picture wth him I was getting a video and my friend used her phone to video it. So she sent it to me and it was like terrible quality and the video was like little with a huge black border around it. But yet it looks perfectly fine on her phone? How do I fix it? Whenever I try to get video editing apps it always says error & only with that particular video. I have an iPhone 5c, and so does my friend.
- Image/video quality on snapchat? I have an iPhone 5, so usually my photos and videos have a decent quality. As of now it looks like I filmed it with a potato? Is it because I'm running low on storage? My regular pre-installed (as well as other photography apps) work fine, so I'm thinking its a matter of space. I recently filmed some things for my story and they look like I filmed it with an android.
- How to reduce the lag on my apps? I have an iPhone 4 and I got an app that takes up some space on my cell but I still have enough space. Why does it lag so much? What can I do so it can run smoothly
