IPhone battery going down while charging?
While it's charging the battery is going down and not going up! It's worked completely fine until now!
Try unplugging & replugging it.
Sounds like you need a new battery.
Try cleaning the charge port out a tiny piece of lint or dust can make it not charge also try diff charger
- Wouldn't turning off iPhone while charging shorten battery life? They say the iPhone has a battery life of 400 full charge cycles before it starts its decline. Ok here is the thing… A lot of talk on how to save battery life on the iPhone by charging habits such as turning the phone off while charging, airplane mode while charging, turn off Wi-Fi bluetooth etc… But if the phone charges faster… Wouldn't that increase the amount of full charge/discharge cycles and there for decreasing the life of the battery?

It shows that it's charging with the little lightning symbol in the right hand corner but it actually going down. Now it's at 24% and I'm not even using it? Could it just be my charger or my actual phone? If it was the charger I would think it wouldn't show the lightning symbol but it does. What wrong with it.
