IPhone Bluetooth Pairing: Order of Precedence?
If I have several bluetooth headsets paired to my iPhone and only one headset can be used at a time, how does the phone decide which one to use? For example, here is the ordered list of devices currently paired to my iPhone: - BlueBuds - Car Audio - Logitech Headset - Jabra Wave
If all 4 are turned on and in range, how does my iPhone decide which one to use? Is there any way to change the order without repairing the devices? Does the first device paired stay at the top of the list and have highest precedence, or is it the other way around?
Unfortunately I think Iphone can only use one at a time and it is the one paired first. At least that is how my 4s does with. I'm still not updated to iOS 7 so there might be a solution with new iOS. I would go in the closes Apple store and ask. If you are looking for good Bluetooth Headset reviews here is a good site: http://thebestbluetoothheadsetreviews.com/

- Is there a universal code for pairing an Iphone 4 to a car stereo deck? I have a new Planet Audio deck, Model #P9734B / my husbands android phone paired without a hitch, but my Iphone 4 is asking for a code. When I paired the same phone to my Ford Focus, the car gave me a code for pairing. The Planet Audio does not do this. There's nothing in the manual either.
