Iphone Caller ID-Will my contact see my number if I turn caller ID back on?

If I turned Caller ID off on iphone, called someone from my contacts (and they have me in theirs), and then turned caller ID back on and they have me in their contacts, will they see that i called? Like will they see in their list of phone calls my name, or no caller ID?

No. As far as (any phone) is concerned at the time the person that called had an unknown ID.

  • When I save a photo for a Contact profile on my iPhone does that person see the photo? I saved a photo of my friend falling off of his bike as the image in my contacts. It's a very funny picture. However, I don't want him to text someone and for that picture to be subscribed to his number so other people can see it. Can someone tell me if I'm just being stupid, or if that is actually the case?
  • What's the difference between an 'unkown' caller and 'no caller ID'? This unknown number keeps ringing me, and i thought if someone blocked their numbers (on iphones) it comes up as no caller ID so i'm not sure if it is still a blocked number or a number that can't come trhough. But when i answer nobody speaks and they've rang one of my friends so its not a scam phone call also they don't speak at all so if it was a company of some sort they must of spoken so its probably a prank call but i wanna know the difference to make sure.
  • Unknown caller a blocked contact? I have 3 of my contacts blocked on my iphone 4s i0s7 and when i first blocked the first 2 i kept reciving Unknown calls, Now today 4 weeks after blocking the third contact i receive a unknown call and when i pick up the phone line is dead then they hang up. Are these calls coming from the blocked contacts or just something else?
  • Is there a free caller ID app to allow you to see names? Someone told me there's a Iphone app to allow you to see the name of the person calling. At this point my Iphone only shows the number unless of course they are in my contacts. I'd like to see the names of people if there's a app for it.
