Iphone camera only works in camera app, not any other apps

I have an iphone 5, and the camera shutter won't open on any apps other than the camera app itself. It does not work in Facebook app, facetime, kik, or anything else. Apparently, my iphone was taken into some repair place to make that happen. And I NEED a fix for this, it is not jailbroken, and has IOS 7 on it.

In privacy, are the apps allowed to use your camera?

  • Youtube app only works on iPhone 4S when Wi-Fi is turned OFF? Can someone please explain this to me? It's usually the other way around for everything else on my phone but with this new Youtube app I can only watch videos using 3G. I checked to make sure it isn't a problem with my internet and it isn't. I really hope someone can help me with this because it uses up my data plan when I'd rather just use my Wi-Fi.
  • Wi-Fi works on computer, but not other devices? When I go onto the CPU, Wi-Fi works normally. But when I try using an iPhone 5 and an iPad 2 (both have ios 7+), it won't connect to our home Wi-Fi network. We can tell that Wi-Fi connection is still possible, because our neighbors' Wi-Fi networks show up. Except ours. Why?
  • Verizon iPhone 4 stuck on shutter after screen replacement? Only rear camera works? After replacing a cracked screen on a verizon iphone 4 the frontfacing camera is stuck on shutter, while the rear camera only works sometimes… I have tried checking the connections, as well resetting everything and even restoring. I have heard about possibly jumping something on the logic board but can't find where, a picture would be great.
  • My iPhone 4s camera only works on FaceTime? When I go onto snapchat it says my camera restrictions are on but they aren t. On Twitter instagram and normal camera it is just a black screen but on FaceTime both cameras work
