Iphone, choosing file for internet?
Ok so I'm trying to enter many modelling comps on my phone as I don't have a computer. I'm using safari on my IPHONE and I need to upload a photo for this comp. But of course I can't simply just "choose file".Is there any app I can download that will maybe convert my file and I can upload it using safari with in the app? Or something along those lines. Any help would be greatly appreciated

- Why does my iPhone still charge for Internet even when I'm not using Internet? So, I recently got a pay monthly plan with my new iPhone 4s. When i'm out and about I'm usually updating my twitter and Facebook account. But, when I'm put my phone down, 3G still says I'm using it and charging me. So do I have to turn it off when i'm finished? Or is there a much easier way?
- My Iphone is not letting me access the internet or internet based apps? I have an Iphone 5. Never had any issues but now it won't connect to the internet or any apps. It does the same thing it does when I have no service (just has that little circle symbol that means it's trying to get through). Orginally, I thought it must be a universal problem but everyone else has service and they are in the same location as me. Also I always use my phone here with no problems. I have tried turning it off and on again but nothing.
- How to convert iPhone video's file to mp3 file (.mp3)? For an assignment I had to make a recording of a song and it has to be.mp3; I recorded it on my iPhone as a video but I can't seem to find a way to convert it into.mp3
- How to change a.m4a file to a.m4r file? I just got my iPhone 5 yesterday and i wanted to get some ringtones so i tried doing it using iTunes but i don't know why i can't change the file my computer has a windows 8 system and it's not a mac (if it matters). If you know how to do it then please give an answer.
