Iphone deleted for ever messages on spotsearch?
I notice that in spotsearch on iphone my emails are there on view, want to learch how to deleted them for ever from iphone memory. Looking to deleted my messages and cragslist its annoying to have personal information on your phone. Does anyone know how to do this with out jailbreaking or complicated directions, nothing seems to work. Have apple fix this since i'm looking to buy the new iphone 5s or c. Is their a problem with android or is it just iphone all together.
If you do not want your emails to come up in spotlight search, go to settings, general, spotlight search and then make sure the checkmark beside mail is deselected. You can also add or remove other types of results you want or do not want in your spotlight search, and by pressing the button on the right of the options you can move htem up and down to change the order they would appear in.
If you do not want your mail to show up on your phone at all, go to settings, mail (mail, contacts, calendars) and log out of your mail account that you have set up on your phone.
