IPhone deletes contacts on both phones?

My sister and I have both updated to iOS 6. We're under the same Apple ID synced with the same computer and I guess the same iCould. I don't know how but her contacts have been added to my phone as well as my contacts have been added to hers. I started deleting her contacts unknowing that it deletes off her phone too.

I don't know what to do about this. I've removed her phone off the computer and she's made her own account it nothing has changed. CAN SOMEONE Please Please Help ME!

The contacts must have been synced with iCloud and since you are using the same iCloud account then it all transferred and anything that you do on one device will happen on the other.

  • What deletes when you sync an iPhone to a new computer? I got my iPhone last year and had it synced to my laptop, however after a problem with the software everything was wiped from my laptop and new software was installed. I tried resyncing my phone and it says that it is already synced with another computer. I don't mind having to put all my songs back on as it is quite easy for me to do so, I was wondering what else deletes when you sync an iPhone to a new computer, for instance contacts, messages, photos, etc?
  • Water damage and opening iPhone 5c both puts it out of warranty, so do both? If having water damage in your iPhone 5c means you aren't covered by warranty, is it acceptable to open it and try to fix it as opening it also means it isn't covered by warranty. Therefore if you can't fix it yourself, apple can still take it out of warranty?
  • Iphone 5 or 4s? Anyone experienced with both phones? Okay so the iphone 5S is coming out tomorrow so I'm planning on getting one of these phones cheaper. So If you owned both phones, what are the pros and cons of each. I heard people say stick with the 4s it is better for looks and reception, and others said get the 5.SO, which one should I get, taking into consideration that I would use it all the time.
