IPhone got stuck at the home screen

I own an iPhone 4 for the past one and half year. It was working well and good until I tried to upgrade to iOS 7.0. I connected my iPhone to the itunes for the upgrade, and I managed to fix the errors I encountered there. After the OS was installed, it booted up with showing 'HELLO' from different language and I slided it to proceed further. Then came the language, country settings. After that, the phone shows 'CONNECT TO ITUNES'. Then I connected it to itunes with apple's usb cable and the iphone screen changed into 'CONNECTED TO ITUNES'.

Now, coming to the itunes's part on Windows OS, it recognized the upgraded iPhone 4 and the page was loading, all it say is "THERE's A PROBLEM WITH YOUR IPHONE, CONTACT APPLE STORE". And there's no way I could proceed further.

Is there any way that the problem can be fixed? Please reply with an answer as soon as possible.

PS: The warranty period got over for the iPhone 4.

1)try restarting your phone,
2)contact iphone servce center, and tell them what really happened!
3)take your cell to iphone sevice center as soon as possible!
its a s/w update problem and they might do it in free
