Iphone has suddenly just shut off and won't come back on?
I was using my iphone and it had 53% batterylife and then it just turned off and now it won't come back on.
I tried plugging it in, but to no avail. Anyone know how to fix this?
Every phone once in a while does this.
Assuming that the battery has not died you need to perform a "soft reset"
A true " soft reset" is a battery pull physically removing the battery
The phone will NOT register battery has been charged or is charged until this is done

- My Iphone 4 shut off randomly and won't turn back on? - 1 I've searched the internet and found the same answer: hold the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time to reset the phone. Now the only bad thing is that my sleep/wake button is broken… So I have no idea what to do. I have the latest iOs update. I don't know maybe it will randomly turn itself back on
