Iphone help? I have to pay for free apps?
So I have the 4s and I haven't payed the bill for it for 2 months so I can't call or text. Now when I want to download apps, it says I have to pay for them? Even for free apps! Is this normal? If not can you tell me what I can do to fix it or why it does it?
I don't think it wants you to pay for them i think it just wants you to put in your password for confermation that its you downloading the apps and not some random

- Why do i have to pay for certain apps on my jailbroken Iphone 5? I have a question i jailbroke my iphone 5 using evasion and its great and all but for some reason I have to pay for certain add ons and apps one add on I want is zephyr which lets you multitask windows fast or something like that and it says I have to purchase it for 4.99 on cydia, now i've tried going to source and adding a source and typing the hackulo url but it does not work so i'm wondering is there a way around this and not have to pay for these add ons?
- Why do I have to pay even for free apps in the App store? I used to get free apps without any problem. Now, out of sudden, it says: Before you can make purchases, you must sign in the verify your payment info. I've been having my iPhone for half an year and it suddenly brings this up. Any ideas?
- Verizon upgrade fee? Can I pay at the store or do I have to pay it the next bill? I plan on upgrading my phone and renewing my contract next month in January. I plan on getting the iPhone 5s. I'm on this family plan with one line. Is there's an activation fee that I have to pay? Can I pay the upgrade fee at the store while purchasing the new phone? Or do I have to pay it on the next bill?
