Iphone interfering with internet connection?
When Wi-Fi is turned on my parents iphones it messes up my laptops internet connection, we have a router, any solutions to this so we can both use the internet?
It shouldn't be doing that I have an Iphone and I use it all the time around the house even when a few laptops are running and there's no disruption. Check with your provider.
Current router could use 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz band (assuming you use one). Try using 2.4Ghz for some devices and other use 5Ghz. If you could give info regarding your router maybe I could help with the settings. Hope it helps!
Erase the network form the troublesome phone, and then re-establish a new connection to the Wi-Fi preferably while the troublesome computer is involved in a download or something that will keep its connection live while you set up the new connection on the phone. Sounds like they somehow got the same id set by router.

It says the network can't find the problem. It also says that the internet can't find the webpage ect.
