Iphone is not getting messages?
The people I text are texting me back but I'm not getting anything? I texted my friend she got it but I'm not reciving any texts off anyone who doesn't own an iphone. Everyone else who has an iphone is fine. I have tried to switch the phone on and off and now I have switched imessage off but no difference please. I need my son to get intouch with me but he lives away and we can't phone call because its away. X
Must be something to do with network (maybe outage)
iMessage works through internet (so technically not SMS) - so can work through Wi-Fi for example
Looks like an issue with network…
Try settings/general/reset/reset network settings

- Why I'm I not getting my text messages? I have a iPhone 5 from t-mobile and I've been noticing these past 2 weeks that I'm not getting my text messages. I can send messages but not receive them. I receive them sometimes but not all the time. Is it my phone or do I need too go too t-mobile?

Ever since I switched my carrier to Verizon from Sprint whenever I need to get a text to like verify an iPhone aapp, or password reset I just never get the text, and even a minute ago for example I always get texxt updates about my food delivery from pizzahut, didn't get those either, what is going on?
