IPhone/iTunes disabled
I've just recently updated my iphone to the ios7 (iphone 4s), it was asking me for the passcode and i sort of forgot it because of the new look. Now its disabled for a day, i've tried uninstalling itunes in my computer as well as installing the latest update, but it doesn't update or uninstall at all. I don't want to lose my data and can you tell me guys if uninstalling my itunes will de-sync my iphone, making it loose all my data once i connected it.
If you forgot your passcode to your iphone well then you just lost your phone. Like there's no way to get back in it.sorry
- My iphone is disabled and it says connect to itunes? My brother took my iphone and put in the wrong pass code multiple times and now its disabled and says connect to iTunes. Well i did. It did nothing. So then I clicked on my device and I clicked 'restore iPhone' but it says it'll delete data? Will this delete all my pictures and music that ISN't backed up? And what can I do if it does delete it? Are there other ways to un disable my iPhone?
- Iphone is disabled, connect to iTunes? Okay, a friend of mine is having problems with his iphone 4s. It keeps saying this and the slide to unlock say emergency only. Now, i now how to restore it, but he insist that i find a way to save his photos and videos. They are of his daughter, he has no other place where these photos are, so if i restore, there's no way he will ever see those photos. Now, i have already downloaded a program called "Wondershare Dr. Fone" And i think that will help but i just want to make sure.
