IPhone / iTunes Match organization issues?

I have a 16g iPhone 4s and I use iTunes Match to keep all my music on hand. When I first downloaded Match, it organized albums alphebetically as iTunes normally does.

Then when I started adding new music to the Cloud, it changed to organize them by year from earliest release to most recent. I really liked it this way, everything was easy to find and it was cool being able to seamlessly listen to artists from early days to recent releases.

But since I last uploaded more songs, it's changed again! Now it sorts albums from most recent to earliest release and it's a real pain to navigate. Does anyone know how to change how iTunes Match sorts music on an iPhone? I'd really like to put it back to chronological or at least alphabetical order if possible.

ITunes organizes by which column you choose.
Try it. Click on the artists column. It should now show music organized by artist A to Z. Click on that column again and it will switch from Z to A.
When you click on another column, it will organize by that category.

Ok for some reason I can't edit my question so I'll clarify here: I'm not trying to change the organization of music on iTunes, the computer program. I want to change the way music is organized on the iPhone itself. I use iTunes Match to store my entire library in iCloud, but the last few times I uploaded new music to the Cloud it changed the way my iPhone organizes said library. I can't figure out how to put it back the way it was or why it seems to randomly change…
