I jailbroke my iphone 4 32gb. I downloaded alot from cydia. Now i have 15gb of "other" space the yellow bar when you sync it. This is probably from cydia. But thats So MUCH DATA… Is there a way i can see what is using up the most data like in settings>usage but for cydia? A terminal command? Thru iFile?
You can download an app called Iphone explorer on your dektop or laptop or whatever and it has the feature of listing all the apps and data on the iphone and its corresponding size.
- Will my iphone run slow if i use up all/most of storage capacity? I got a 32 GB iphone 5. If i put all my music on there + all my apps, pictures, and videos, ill only have about 1 GB left. Will this slow down my iphone at all? What if i end up using all the storage? What's a good of amount of storage to leave free in order for performance not to be affected?
- What will happen to apps installed via cydia if I will delete cydia? I jailbroken the iphone for the purpose of installing an app which is not available in appstore. Now I do not need cydia anymore, I can delete it by deleting its packages. But what will happen to the app that is installed using cydia if I will remove cydia?
- What to do about my iphone storage saying I'm using up way more photo storage than I actually am? My storage says I have 132 photos that's using up most of my storage; almost 3 GB. I have only 52 photos and 15 videos in my phone. It seems like it may be using storage from pictures I deleted, but apparently they're still using space? ? Has this happened to anyone else. I've taken my phone to an apple store, and I didn't get any answers.
- What apps uses most data on Iphone? Like which ones in general? I only have a little bit of data and still have a week to go but what apps use up the most data?
