IPhone music skips when I shake it?
I run with my phone but a week ago it just started skipping every time my phone would move. I have shuffle by shakin off. The weird thing is when I play music from the speaker shaking has no effect so it has to do with the headphone jack. I've tried a bunch of different pairs, they all skip. It has gotten so bad I can't listen to music with headphones. Thank you for any help
* I have restarted it multiple times and nothing has fixed it, my phone is 2 months old
It has to do with your settings. You should carefully look through your setting… Look at playback… Music or video… Section or you can restore to default settings so that your phone can be normal
Don't shake it…
You might want to bring it to the apple store since it's only two months old.
My first answer was to turn off shuffle by shaking by i see that you've done that.
- What does shake do on IOS Devices? On the little assistive touch dot (on my IPhone 4) if you go to devices>more then there's a button that says shake, I have clicked on this multiple tunes but it doesn't seem to do anything. What does it actually do?
- My iphone lags when I watch youtube, skips couple seconds while i listen to music? Ok so I don't know why but since I got the new ios 7 update, my iphone started to play funny. The other day I was playing music and I noticed that it was skipping seconds in a song in like 1/5 songs. Today on netflix and youtube, my phone starts to lag when I open either youtube or netflix. Like the video needs time so it goes back to normal. I don't know if it's the update that I should be worried about or my iphone. Btw it's an iphone 4.

- IPhone randomly skips songs? My iPhone is randomly skipping songs and won't let me choose any tracks. "Shuffle" is turned off and so is the "shake to shuffle" option. It just keeps on skipping and skipping and eventually chooses a random song to play. My songs were working fine an hour ago and all of a sudden it started acting weird. Please help, I've been trying to fix this for about two hours to no avail.
