Try a reset by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.

it seems it could be a issue with your battery but to fix it try:
Holding the sleepwake button ans the hombutton until you see the apple logo when the apple logo appears straight away move both fingers away from the both buttons,
If that doesn't help try a full restore from iTunes, and set up as a new iPhone
And if that doesn't work get your battery checked…
