Iphone pictures import
Hey i've got a new phone Iphone and i'm setting it up with a new sim but i want all my pictures and videos (maybe music) to be transferred from my old phone to my new phone i've put all my pics and vids on my laptop but don't know how to transfer them from my laptop to phone
btw i've got a windows 8 laptop and an iphone 4 please help
You need to use iTunes to upload the pictures and videos to your iPhone. For photos, you can make a folder on your computer, then add your photos into this folder, plug in iPhone, open iTunes and set the photo destination to the photo folder. And then sync your iPhone with iTunes, done. You can download iTunes free from www.apple.com
For videos, If your video is already mp4 video, you can import the mp4 video into iTunes at first. Connect your iPhone to computer through USB cable, iTunes will recognize the iPhone automatically, and then go to iTunes menu 'File -> Sync iPhone', the video will be transferred to iPhone.
If your video is not iPhone compatible mp4 video, you can follow this step by step guide to convert and sync the video to your iPhone, it's easy to understand and works pretty well for me.

- Why didn't my computer import all my pictures from my iphone? I have 1, 446 photos/video on my iphone… All i have in total on my computer from the import is 1, 209… I'm curious why this might happen. I just wanna make sure i get them all on my comp.
