IPhone problem? What happened?

So, about a year ago I stopped using Omegle on my iPhone. Now, it won't really work. The buttons either don't work or don't go to a chat.

Try delteing the app and redownloading it. If it doesn't work than just use your laptop

if your saying your phone froze? Than try rebooting it.press the home and the power button and it should turn off and come back on.

What the heck happened to my iPhone app? Ok I'm going to try and shorten this as best as possible. My 1 year old was playing with my phone and now one of my apps is missing. She can't delete it because it's programmed into the phone. It was one of the four apps that sits at the very bottom each page. Whenever I do a search for the Mail app I can find it but I can't replace the icon back to its place. How in the world do I put it back?
What has happened to my iphone? Okay, so I got an iphone 3gs, and wasn't told it had been jailbroken and restored, now when we have tried to jailbreak it, it has stopped working, its just hit the apple logo and thats as far as it will go. We didn't jailbreak it to get free things, we just wanted to unlock the phone to any network. Can any body give me some ideas on what to do?
What happened to my texts on iPhone They disappeared out of nowhere when I was texting. The phone rebooted itself out of nowhere and it showed the apple symbol when you start it up and the next thing I did was check my texts and all of them disappeared! How do I get my beloved texts back!
What happened to my Siri on iPhone 4S? Okay, I have no idea what I did. I changed a setting on my Siri. I can't change it back. When I try to use my Siri it is now a blue screen and says "voice control". When I go into my settings I can't find anything for Siri. Can someone please help me? It's driving me crazy.
