IPhone says memory is full:3?
It says the memory is full, but I have like four apps and 500 pictures… Which isn't a lot compared to my iPod. I don't get why my memory is full:/ It says like 6.5gb but I have 8gb where's the rest and whys my phone use so much memory?
It could be updated stuff also. Try clearing some things like unwanted pics or something maybe apps, are you sure your looking at the FULL memory not just a piece of it?
The 8 GB description isn't really accurate.each iPhone comes with a little less memory than stated cause the preloaded apps take up some space. My 16 gb only came with 13.5 -.
The description of the amount of GB your phone has isn't accurate because they're not accounting for the space that is already taken up by the software that is needed to run the phone so you'll be getting about 2GB less than what's described on the package (if it's an 8GB you'll be getting about 6GB of free space to put apps, photos, contacts, etc for your own personal use) if it's a 16GB you'll be getting about 14 GB of free space to be able to fill up as you wish.
- Why does my iPhone 5 say memory full? I bought an iPhone 5 In January and it keeps saying memory full even though it says I have 3.9gb/5gb left. It's a 16gb phone with only 10 apps and no music whatsoever. I do have about 3000 photographs. Even though I've deleted loads and all my photo stream plus multiple apps it keeps saying its full!
