Iphone screen turned white on black?

My iphone was dropped on it's back, and the screen turned all negative. I tried going to general and turning the white on black on and off but it didn't work.there's a big black circle in the corner of my screen and a big block of black on the whole left side. This is a new iphone, is there any way i can get it to turn normal colored again without taking it to apple?

Go to settings app. Go to general, the accessibility in general. Turn on/off "Invert Colors"

Does not fix the problem on my phone. Everyone says the same thing but all I get is a better looking B&W display

It's Still Black and white.

I had same problem. Disabled zoom and color came back. I don't know why, maybe a glitch.

It does fix the problem but then zoom will not work!

Thank you for the zoom suggestion. Turning off zoom worked. Then I discovered a setting for "zoom filter" and found that it was set to "inverse greyscale". I set it to "none" and the problem was fixed- zoom is working and colors are back. It's a mystery to me how this filter setting was changed in the first place. Btw, I have a 5s wither latest updates.

Yes had same problem and was fixed by turning off zoom and inverse grayscale on zoom. Thanks for the help. Mystery how that changed overnight.

I did reset all settings on mine in the accessibility thing

Settings➡️General ➡️accessibility➡️display accommodations➡️color filter➡️off

Triple click on the home button to go from color to b/w. Triple click to go back to color.

What does it mean if you don't drop your phone and it turns white and black then cuts off

Thank you I have the iPhone 7 plus and I pulled it out of my pocket to find display in b&w. Turning zoom off fixed color but could use zoom but after reading further into this issue I went into zoom filter and it was in grayscale once I change that to none my color was fixed and zoom mode reset.

My iphone 7 was dropped on its front and got cracked the next day it fell into my sivk and got a little wet it was fine until late at night it just turned black and when I press power button its white and that's all it does
