IPhone SE or iPhone 6 - which one?

I'm trying to decide whether to purchase the SE or 6. When you look at the specs on the SE, they are nearly equivalent to those on the 6S. The only difference is they're packed into the old casing of the 5/5s. On the other hand… The iPhone 6 is the other way around. The specs are those on the 5S, but it's packed into the casing of a 6S. That being said, it's obvious that the SE is 2x faster, newer, and can still compete with other mid-range phones in 2017. My only concern is it's 4 inch screen. I'm currently the owner of a 6 inch Android phone screen… I'm pretty sure you can see where I'm coming from. Now, you may be thinking well you basically just answered your question - if you want a faster phone go with the SE and if you want a bigger phone that's a little outdated, then go with the 6. To me it's not that simple; both are within the same price range, but I don't know if the switch to a smaller screen is worth as I haven't had a 4 inch screen since 2010-2013.

Besides the screen size and speed, is there something better that I left out that makes one of them better than the other one? Please leave your personal opinion/experience or feel free to leave an answer even if you are not an owner.

I'm currently using an iPhone 6 as my daily driver and it is still a very fast phone. Not slow at all. I have also thought of getting an iPhone SE myself as an upgrade but the screen is just too small for me. That is the only thing stopping me. I will probably just go for an iPhone 6S Plus or 7 Plus. Maybe even a Galaxy S8. Just go with what your heart likes. Which is more important for you? Having a large screen or is it all about speed for you? If you said both, I would just go for a iPhone 6S or 7 then…

Update: Apple will also be releasingthe iPhone 8 or iPhone 7S whatever Apple decides to call it later this year. You might wanna hold off and see if you like the new one before buying an iPhone

I would go with the SIM-free SE or 6s since I believe the unlocked iPhone 6 I bought my wife will not work with as many phone companies as the newer Sim-free iPhones.
I'm using my wife's old iPhone 5 as an iPod touch because it works better with my Chevy's radio for playing Audible dot com books than my android smartphone.
I miss those Pokemon less from the iPhone 5 than my bigger LG Nexus 5x.
If you use the Kindle app a lot you might want the 6s but I don't think for most things the size makes much difference

1.new generation(came after 6s)
2.same hardware as 6s(twice as fast in cpu performance and gpu performance too)
3.Way better battery life which equals better productivity
4.Improved camera(front camera is 1.2m but still the main camera performance compensates that)
5.Longer updates( iphone 6 is outdated so it will run out of updates and support soon)
6. Iphone 6 is out of production which means its extinct. Wheras iphone SE is very much in production

now if you compare the screen sizes… Yeah its .7 inches bigger but how does it matter when you are already downgrading the screen size from 6 inches.4 inch is best for one handed usage plus really better battery life.

So what are you thinkng… Way faster performance, longer updates and support, very good battery life, better camera and best price

Overpriced slower extinct phone…
