Iphone setup won't recognize my icloud backup?
I'm upgrading from a 4 to a 4s. I just backed up my 4 before I started this so that's all set. When I try setting up my 4s it dosent recognize my icloud backup. Any ideas why? It just gives me the option to start fresh or restore from iTunes which its not backed up on
Check in icloud to be sure the back up was complete. It should give the option. If the back up in icloud is complete you might have to erase all content to get the option.
- WHATSAPP BACKUP! Why can't i find the backup conversation button in chat settings? I need to backup my whatsapp convo to iCloud from my iPhone 4s, because i wanna transfer the chat history to my iPhone 5s… But somehow i can't find the "backup conversation" button in chat settings. I have alrdy downloaded the latest version of whatsapp… WHAT IS GOING WRONG?
- ITunes/Laptop won't recognize my IPhone after I updated Itunes? Today I decided to update my Itunes to the newest version, then when to connect my IPhone 3G to sync song and my phone is not being detected. First I thought it was my USB post so I tried a memory pen in them all and it work fine and my computer recognized it. So then I though it was my connection lead so I tried it with my sister and it still won't connect. I done research online by uninstalling and installing Itunes but no luck.
- Is there a way(without computer)to move my texts from my iPad to my IPhone? ICloud backup? Had to restore phone to last backup and lost texts? Hi, yesterday I had to reset my phone (IPhone 8 plus) to factory default and restore it to its last backup (April 15th). I also have an iPad mini, which everything is Synced. I got everything back on my phone (up to date) except my text messages. I'm not able to access my computer right now and have read you can get them back my backing up you messages to ICloud. Is there anything I can do to get them back on my phone (they are still on my iPad mini), without using my Mac?
- Iphone 4s-Setup, Locked out, Icloud Bypass? A family member has asked me to fix his Iphone. Recently he let someone (of his friends) hold it, and he is locked out of his phone. I have already went to iTunes and restored the phone, I'm now at a new setup point, I have reached iCloud. He does not know that person who it says the phone is linked too, so how can I hack the phone to get rid of that bypass? *Most importantly, what buttons can i press to erase the phone COMPLETELY?(Means erases from and iCloud or such.)
